    I believe the Cee Tee Tool Co., of Jamestown, NY was one of the vendors’ that supplied pliers for the WWII military Jeep Tool Kits, and maybe other military vehicles of the era.
    I believe reference #’s for the Jeep part #’s were Federal 41-P-1650, Willys # A-374, and Ford # GP-17028.
    The pliers are stamped
    CEE TEE CO., Jamestown, NY, U.S.A.
    The pliers appear cadmium plated and have the wire cutters in the center of the jaws, and are 6 1/2" long.
