This is the ignition wrench for service tool kits for the WWII Dodge WC series military vehicles under the 721x tool number. I believe this was the smallest tool kit wrench for those vehicles, and was made by the Vlchek Tool Co. I believe the Vlchek Tool Company was one of the major suppliers to the WWII Military vehicles tool kits.
I believe this wrench may have been a standard Gov. stock issue for the WC 3/4 ton 4x4 military vehicle series and other common military maintenance tool kits, as listed in ORD 5, Vehicular Spare Parts and Equipment / Accessories Wrenches.
