1916 ORIGINAL HANDWRITTEN PRESCRIPTION for "SULPH CODINE" (laminated) * PHARMACY EPHEMERA.
Attention collectors of antique pharmaceuticals and pharmacy ephemera: This handwritten prescription is dated November 2, 1916 -- It's over a century old!
Handwritten in bold, black ink by Dr. E.M. Tyler of Auburn, Nebraska, and signed on back by Edward Dort (the pharmacist who filled the prescription).
Codeine Sulfate (Codeine) belongs to a class of drugs called Antitussives; Antitussives, Narcotic; Opioid Analgesics.
I've laminated this antique prescription to preserve and protect it.
