, THE CABLES MOVE GOOD, THE PLASTIC PART FOR THE THROTTLE FRICTION IS BROKE, TAPE WRAPED AROUND THE HANDLE, OTHER THAN THAT IN GOOD SHAPE.   FITS 2004 TO 2013 8HP AND 9.8HP SHORT SHAFT MODELS, CAME OFF A 2010 NISSAN 9.8 4 STROKE, NSF9.8A3 , 15 INCH SHAFT, CARB, TILLER MANUAL START. TOHATSU AND NISSAN ARE THE SAME MOTOR AND HAVE THE SAME PART NUMBERS IN MOST CASES.
Send me your serial number , year, and model  number off your motor and I will also check compatibility.   This is the original OEM part off a very low hour motor that had unrelated issues.  NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!!

Also send me your year, hp, shaft length, and serial/model number, etc and we will also verify the fitment with the manufactures parts list. Take a picture of your id tag and send that through ebay mail.

We always show the good and bad so there are no surprises. We only sell used parts, we do not service them. UOS all parts are used and not in new condition. If there is an issue we are aware of, we will state it. The part may be oily and greasy sorry! Please ask questions through ebay mail. Shipping
We only ship to the address you have on ebay, no exceptions!  We can not guarantee fed-x ground or usps shipping times, not even fed-x or usps can do that. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE! Please ask for an insurance quote before you buy this item. You get -100 protection depending on the carrier. Sorry we do not do overnight shipping just standard usps priority/standard or fed-x ground. We only ship Monday through Friday. We try to do usps priority for everything but some addresses and packages sizes are not eligible.
No international shipping!!!, every time someone asks for a quote it is too high and we never hear back from them. Shipping to 50 us states and usvi/pr only.
Sales tax
All sales with a Florida address are charged 7.5% state/county sales tax. Some other states also charge internet sales tax that ebay automatically adds to your order.
Returns
We will take returns on some items.

Package as I would expect a parcel shipped to me. Please request a quote for insurance if you need it, most items have a shippers 0 insurance, very rare to have damage due to the shipper.
