I can ship USPS, UPS, and FedX.  If you have a UPS or FedX account, we can reverse the charges; i.e. you pay me for the wrench(s) and you pay UPS FedX directly for the shipping charges.  This makes it the most economical and hassle free for us all.  NOTE:  This is NOT COD.  There are no COD charges.
