INSTRUCTIONS
Amazing MEDICAL TOURNIQUET from the late 19th century is in "AS FOUND" condition and just needs to be ironed and flattened out.  It has NO stains, tears or sections missing.
This would look incredible framed under glass and hung like a work of art - because
it is a WORK OF ART!
