    This is an 1800's Medical Collectible.
    This Antique Vaporizer Lamp was used to Supposedly help cure all kinds of bronchial and breathing diseases such as Whooping Cough, Bronchitis, and Croup to name a few.
    Kerosene was placed in the Glass Jar at the bottom, a wick was added, the Vapo Cresoline Liquid was poured into the pan, and the Wick was lit. The patient then was supposed to breath in the vapors from this device. Imagine that! Thankfully we live in this century!
