Up for sale is this antique 1870 handwritten
bill from the Town of Middletown, CT for the "orders appointing Physician to investigate (or application of Selectman.) -accepting & return-hearing & judgement & removing 13 indigent pauper persons to Insane Hospital."
The bill measures approximately 6 inches by 8 inches.   It is overall in good condition with some fold lines, a few tiny fold line tears, and some other minor signs of wear and age.  Please look at the scans to note the condition.
