I charge a flat .00 for PRIORITY flat rate shipping with insurance up to 0.00.  The shipping rate will increase FOR INSURANCE based on the amount the item sells for.  The rate increases .00 per 0.00.  PLEASE DO NOT ask me to ship first class.  I promise you by the time I’m done getting the supplies to ship first class along with charging you for my time, it will be MORE than the rate I’m charging.  All packages MUST have insurance.  Here is the breakdown.  Currently priority flat rate is .45.  I have to charge .00 because ebay charges me 13% FOR SHIPPING!!! Unfortunately, I have to pass that cost along.  It costs me .75 to ship.  I charge you .00 at the minimum rate.  I then have to drive the to the post office to ship often and gas is expensive.  I work hard finding items to sell starting at only .99.  If you wish to complain about shipping, I simply ask that you do not bid AND DO NOT contact me or I’ll ignore it or simply copy and paste this statement.   After 20+ years on ebay, I hate having to write this ridiculous statement but it must be done.   By the way, did I mention that I COMBINE SHIPPING??????  I have over 9,000 positive feedbacks and have been with ebay for over 20 years.  Thank you.
