    This auction is for an
    antique Meyle & Mayer sterling silver enamel female portrait brooch.  It is marked "Sterling", "Depose", and has a dragonfly makers mark for Meyle & Mayer.  The brooch is in very good antique condition, there is wear and scratching to the enamel's top layer, a small chip to the enamel along the edge, and most of the gilding from the silver is missing.  The brooch measures approximately 1 1/8" and weighs approximately 9.29 grams.
