Antique Nurse Thermometer Case Sterling

Description

Thermometer is not original to the case. Please see photo for maker's mark and Sterling mark. I haven't been able to find the maker. The marks are on the rim of the top, probably not more than 3mm deep. You cannot see the marks even with a magnifying glass!
Note in the close up the engraving, pretty sure this was hand engraved.
