Antique Portrait On Porcelain Pin/Necklace Hand Painted-religious

This beautiful pin can be worn on a chain as a necklace and has a loop on the bottom to hang something from.
The porcelain painted picture looks to be a religious figure, carrying a staff with a cross on the end and a book.
I think it is a women, and she is very pretty! She measures 1 1/2" by 1 1/4' and about 1/8" thick.
