    Description

    Set of 9 antique ROYAL CHELSEA "New Chelsea Staffs" English Hand Painted STRAWBERRY Lustreware demitasse cups and saucers.  The Strawberry pattern is rare, and hard to find!
    Probably dates to the 1920s-30s.  This set was a Wedding Gift in 1933.  The name "New Chelsea Staffs" was used from 1912- 1943, and then was changed to "Royal Chelsea"
    Note that ONE of the saucers has been broken and was glued back together. The glue has yellowed with age.It is closest to the viewer plate in the second photo.
