BARCALO Buffalo open ended wrench I believe was part of the WWII Jeep MB Ford GPW Gp Tool kit. States BARCALO Buffalo U.S.A on one side and Drop Forged with sizes on the other. It looks like possibly paint or very old grease which is hardened as shown in picture! This is in used condition. Great look to a well used wrench.
