This is available only if you have pre-arranged this with us. We welcome all customers and visitors to try on our garments first.
Delivery and postage
UK Customers
All items ordered before 2:00pm Monday - Friday and 10:00am Saturday will be posted on the same day. We also offer Next Day Express Delivery (Saturdays available upon request) at a small additional cost. If you need to provide us with any additional information please do so when ordering, otherwise your shipment may be delayed.
All items are eligible for free standard delivery.

International Customers
We ship all items worldwide. We offer two international delivery services on all products for you to select based on your requirements.
Standard Airmail - This is a slow service that does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. In general, items take 10 - 14 days but this can vary (up to 30 days+) for more remote locations. Moreover, items can sometimes be delayed in customs at import and during this period the postal service has no control over the parcel.
Courier Express Delivery - This is the most secure and time specific delivery option we provide. Typical transit times vary from 2 -4 days and we highly recommend this service for any time critical deliveries. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country but are generally very reliable. We recommend messaging us your local phone number for all Courier Express Deliveries.
Courier Express Delivery is available on most but not all items. Should you have an urgent delivery request we would advise contacting us first.
Cash on collection customers
This is available only if you have pre-arranged this with us. We welcome all customers and visitors to try on our garments first.
Tracking Your Order

Stock and Delivery Dates

Cancellation Period

If you are not satisfied with any Product, please set up a returns request within eBay. Once this has been authorised the item should be returned to us along with a copy of your order confirmation and return ID. A full refund will be provided subject to the Product being unused and in a re-saleable condition.
