This is from Royal Chelsea China,
The pattern is called 'Golden Rose'.
The Malvern
shape
, footed teacup
is 2 1/2" tall & 2 3/4" wide.
The scalloped saucer is 5".
There are a few, tiny pin dots of color loss.
The heavy, brushed gold shows slight wear, a few tiny scratches..
The cup has fine grazing throughout.
The saucer has it on the back.
The pieces appears to be in Very Good
Condition

I don't see any cracks or chips.
