    Moving so have to sell no room at new house. This is a complete unit. OptiShot2 Simulator, maybe 5 rounds played on. Heavy duty mat made for golf courses with built in simulator. Underneath is carpet lining and foam to recreate feel of real conditions. In front is green turf grass. Can practice chip shots off heavy green. Included is PVC and net. All you have to do is plug in computer. Also included is BENQ 1280 HD Projector with mount. Foam balls, heavy duty screen made for regular balls. I have spent over 2,000 on this and have many hours setting it up.
