Brand new tiller for 9.9/15 h.p. motors. Will fit 1986-1992. This has never been mounted on a motor. comes with everything pictured. Not in orginial packaging.
We ship Monday- Friday (excluding holidays) so once item is paid, it's usually shipped within 24 -48 hr. We reserve the right to switch carriers on items with free shipping.
We recommend local pick up for all large, awkward or heavy items.
Unfortunately, shipping charges on return merchandise is not refundable. Shipping charges are at the expense of the  customer.
