Mercury KG7 exhaust housing w/swivel "cottage racer" midsection

Description

For sale is a midsection for a Mercury KG7 outboard. This midsection is in nice condition, it was removed from a motor that was only used in freshwater. Looks like it has been repainted at some point, and it also has the exhaust outlet cut for above water exhaust, and was set up so it can be used with a "quickie" lower unit. So, it's a neat option if you are trying to turn your KG7(or any 1950s 20 cube merc) into a "cottage racer".  The swivel and transom clamp screws turn/move freely and appropriately. See pics.
