The NVG TACLanyard is low tech by design and built with common, off the shelf, replaceable components to make it affordable for the widest number of users within a military unit and repairable in field conditions.
The quick attach / detach feature is a military requirement, unique to this system.
The proven two piece system is as simple as possible but incredibly robust.
Designed for infantry field use it is built specifically to interface with the AN/PVS-14 and issued USGI night vision helmet mounting brackets and the Ops-Core VAS Shroud.
