This is a Royal Chelsea #3796 Handled 9-1/2" Flat Square Cake Plate Purple & Pink Flowers Gold Trim.  It looks as if it was never used!  It is in fabulous condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, crazing, or wear in the gold.
This is a previously used item and may show light signs of gentle use.
