Shipping:

Small items are shipped USPS priority mail flat rate 2-3 day  delivery.  Larger items and post office regulated items are shipped Fed-ex ground 4-5 day delivery.  Extreme Outdoor Sports does not accept responsibility for lost or damage items that are not insured by buyer.
We appreciate your business and ship items to you at our cost.  We combine shipping cost on multiple items as possible and refund over paid combined shipping costs.  All excess shipping costs paid are refunded.  Most flat rate charges are close and we pay the difference.
Product Warranty:
We test all products as possible to assure that your item gets to you ready to go out of the box.  Most products come with their own manufacturer warranty.  Airsoft products are considered toys and do not have any type of warranty unless note otherwise.  Damaged items from miss use, abuse, or improper care are not warranted.
Returns:
All item(s) are tested; as possible, to avoid unnecessary returns.  Returns are not accepted on wrong purchases.  Shipping cost(s) on any return made are the buyer's responsibility unless done under our 10 day warranty upon our discretion.  Returned items will be inspected and if damages found are by user error, buyer is responsible for costs of repair and all shipping.   All items returned that were not bought from us will be discarded unless buyer pays for .00 inspection fee and all shipping costs for the return of the product.
