This Beautiful hand painted RARE Decorative Cabinet Plate is not only Signed by the Artist, but is impressed, printed and has all of the appropriate marks making this PLATE and exceptional RARE Treasure. This Plate is 10" in diameter and is showcasing a Darling Victorian Cupid surrounded in Gold Gilt and Scalloping this Plate is spectacular and captures the Victorian period.
