Genuine USGI / US Army Issue ESS Rx Prescription Insert. ESS P-2B Rx Insert Kit. For select Authorized Protective Eyewear List (APEL) ESS eye pros and goggles.
Condition is used, but like new. The prescription insert has prescription lenses in it, but it has never been used. The set includes Rx prescription insert, ESS eye pro nose piece, ESS eye pro goggle adaptor, Rx Insert Lens Guide, and instructions. I believe the Rx Insert Lens Guide helps the optician.
