From a private collection I am pleased to offer a lovely vintage cup and saucer set made by Royal Chelsea, England
Mixed floral bouquet with heavy gold gilding
A funnel shape with a very prominent handle, completely gilded
The gold gilding used by Royal Chelsea  is 24 carat gold
This set likely dates from the 1950s - 1960s
Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines, staining, other damage or restoration
Both pass the bone china "ping" test perfectly
Marked as shown in photo with Royal Chelsea in script in black with pattern 5007A handpainted in gold
Please ignore all white spots on all photos caused by camera flash
This lovely set would make a great addition to your collection
