A neat brass scope or sight.  In overall fair condition.  Has some wear overall and heavy loss.  No rubber eye piece. Not sure what this is from, am told it is likely a Naval gun sight.  Optics are largely clear, though the front element looks to have some residue on the inner part.  No makers mark.
