Vintage Nickel Plated, Medical Phrenology Craniometer Cranial Head Skull Caliped

Vintage CABCA, GERMANY Brand, Medical Phrenology Pediatric or Adult Craniometer Cranial Head Skull Caliper.
It measures centimeters on one side and inches on the other.
There are numerous very miner scratches, Little rust around winged nut but
This caliper has great penta,  but you could do a little cleaning and polish if wanted

I am not sure when this item was made. But believe it's pre 1930's
