Vintage WWII Dodge WC Vlchek 721 W1012 Series 5/16 x 3/8 Tool Kit Wrench
I believe the Vlchek Tool Company was one of the major suppliers to the WWII Military vehicles tool kits.
I believe this is the smallest tool kit wrench for the late 1944 and on WWII era WC series Military vehicles, and General maintenance Service Tool Kits…
I believe this wrench may have been a standard Gov. stock issue for the WC 3/4 ton 4x4 military vehicle series and other common military maintenance tool kits, as listed in ORD 5, Vehicular Spare Parts and Equipment / Accessories Wrenches.
We are not 100% for sure of dates, but believe the WC tool kits from May 1943 thru mid 1944 had the 721X wrench in sizes 11/32 x 3/8 (W-41-990-85) . Sometime in mid to late 1944 the 721X wrench number was changed to a 721 with new sizes of 5/16 x 3/8 or in the Vlchek W series as the Vlchek W1012………

The wrench is 4” long.
The wrench is in good condition
and has been cleaned and rub coated with oil for protection. As with the vintage of the wrench, there is some light normal wear, a few dings & scratches and some discoloration, as noted from the photos.
