VTG WWII USA MILITARY JEEP W.SCHMIDT FORGED PIONEER HEWING FELLING SPLITTING AXE

Description

First of all such original American Jeep WWII time axe in such well preserved condittion is rare,difficult to find and not so,frequently met in entire internet space.
I bought it years ago expensively from an antique dealer in Germany and sell it with a little bit sorrow.
Of my own research it has been on the Jeep , but make your own to avoid some mistakes-please !
It had some part of very bad damaged broken handle ,I removed .
The axe needs professional  fine sharpening and honig -of my opinion .
The axe has very clear marking from the producer
