Hello up for sale is this
N scale tree/cactus lot by woodland scenics.  It is part of an N scale collection I recently purchased. Keep an eye out for many more items over the next few weeks.  All items are new in package, but as you can see some of the "greenery" has shaken loose from some of the trees from being moved around.
3 day satisfaction guarantee.  Return within in 3 days if unhappy for full refund, must contact me before returning.  Buyer pays return shipping. Item must be returned, no partial refund. I'm sure you'll love your purchase though!
All items ship within 3 business days, although I try to get them out before that.
ATTN-Please be aware that shipping companies are inconsistent right now.  Some items are taking weeks to get delivered while others are taking usual time.  Please be patient, as they will be delivered, but I can't control the speed.
