    Description

    Ordnance Department Screw Driver
    Original WW2 GI double prong screw driver [for lack of a better description!], hardened steel blade with steel socket and grooved hard wood handle. Marked ORD. DEPT./U.S.A. on one side of blade. Measures 6 7/8 inches long. Handle is dark from years of use with some minor age cracks to butt end, otherwise undamaged. Not sure if it was vehicle or weapons related. This is the last of a small quantity of these drivers that were found in an old South Texas army surplus store about 20 years ago. Interesting piece for any collection of WW2 GI hand tools and is in very good condition. Any questions please feel free to ask.
